“Journey to Hong Kong” Exhibition Debut in DFW International Airport
A one-of-its-kind “Journey to Hong Kong” exhibition will be staged at Gate D21 in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport in the month of July.

The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Francisco is presenting a special exhibition to celebrate the recent launch of direct flight services between Hong Kong and Dallas/Fort Worth. An iconic Hong Kong tram stop and the colorful display panels will showcase Hong Kong’s unique cityscape, cultural heritage as well as its dynamic economic ties with the United States.

2014 StartmeupHK Venture Program Aims to Put Hong Kong on the Global Start-up Map
Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) announced the launch of its 2014 StartmeupHK Venture Program on May 9, 2014.

A key part of the Program is a global competition to promote Hong Kong's rapidly expanding start-up ecosystem. Open until July 31 for entries from innovative and scalable businesses, it will culminate in a week-long start-up festival in Hong Kong from November 10 to 14.

‘Transformers 4’ World Premiere in Hong Kong
‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’, directed by Michael Bay had its world premiere in Hong Kong on June 19. A gigantic model of Optimus Prime presided over the red carpet event attended by Bay and many movie stars at the Hong Kong Cultural Center. The movie was mostly shot in Hong Kong.
