On April 15, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office sponsored an online fireside chat where General Partner at Proof of Capital, Edith Yeung interviewed Danny Yeung, CEO of Prenetics, a leading genetic testing/digital health company in Asia.  At the hour-long event, Edith, who is based in San Francisco, talked with Danny, based in Hong Kong on the latest developments of Prenetics; how with a simple saliva sample can one discover how the genes affect one’s diet, drug response and cancer risk.  Danny also shared his entrepreneurial experience and stories – how he built his first company, Hui Lau Shan, in San Francisco and then moved to Hong Kong to build other companies including Prenetics. Yeung also shared his views on Hong Kong’s startup scene.
