A dedicated site on Hong Kong and the Olympic Equestrian Events was launched on NBC11.com in San Francisco; WNBC.com in New York and NBC4.com in Washington DC on June 18.

Viewers can click onto the NBC11.com to learn more about Hong Kong and its preparations for hosting the upcoming Olympic Equestrian Events, which will be held in Hong Kong from August 9-21, 2008.

Three 30 seconds commercials on Hong Kong are aired on NBC11 (San Francisco); WNBC (New York) and NBC4 (Washington DC), starting June 18, 2008.

In addition, a special 30-minute program on Hong Kong, entitled “Hong Kong Reins” will be broadcast on NBC11 in San Francisco on August 8 before airing of the Olympic Opening Ceremony as well as WNBC and NBC4 in New York and Washington DC respectively on July 19.

A trailer of this program was launched by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr. Donald Tsang at the “Hong Kong –The Perfect Choice!” Reception, held in San Francisco. The trailer can also be viewed on the website.
